V+O Group: New Leadership Structure to Drive Next Phase of Growth

Teti Kanellopoulou appointed CEO of V+O Group in Greece and abroad
Giannis Olympios is appointed Executive Chairman and Thomas Varvitsiotis Strategic Advisor to the Management team.
The V+O Group announces changes to its leadership team as it transitions to a modern management model aiming at accelerating growth in a radically changing world and further strengthening its position among the leading communications organizations in Southeastern Europe. In this context:
- Teti Kanellopoulou is appointed Group CEO, with responsibility for V+O’s operations across its seven-country footprint in Greece and abroad.
- Giannis Olympios becomes Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Fiorenzo Tagliabue, CEO of SEC Newgate Group, assumes the role of Executive Vice Chairman.
- Thomas Varvitsiotis will serve as Strategic Advisor to the Management Team, for the coming period, ensuring a smooth transition to the new leadership structure.
This new structure sets the foundation for continued growth and advancement, leveraging the deep expertise, know-how, creativity, and dynamism of the Group’s executives. It also enhances V+O’s ability to further capitalize on the capabilities of the SEC Newgate Group, allowing the company to continue responding dynamically to the ever-evolving demands of the market.
Teti Kanellopoulou, with over 25 years of experience in strategic communications and a founding member of V+O, has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. Under her leadership, V+O Greece has consistently delivered strong performance and expanded its presence. As the new Group CEO, she will lead V+O into its next phase of development.
